Nordmarkstravern is a genuine forest race in Nordmarka, held on the first Saturday in September. The race features a varied and scenic route, with several distances available for participants, including Heltravern at 30 km, Halvtravern at 15 km, Kvarttraverner at 7 km, and Trillerner at 6 km. The race starts at Stryken and goes through Nordmarka, finishing at Kringsjå, with transport to the start arranged by buses from Sognsvann.
Highlights
- Nordmarkstravern was founded in 1972, and in 2022 the race was held for the 50th time.
